Both of these cakes traditionally keep for a long time, approximately 5 - 6 weeks and can be kept at normal room temperature. The cakes get even better with time, but taste great right away!

Shipping charges are based on USPS two-day or overnight shipping in the continental US. If you are ordering from or would like us to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, please email us first about shipping charges. The handling charges assure that every product is individually and meticulously wrapped to assure arriving at your location in its perfected form. We use shrink wrapping to protect the product from any movement in the packaging during transit, bubble wrap and mailing peanuts to fortify and protect it as well as blue ice to keep the pastries at the right temperature. The blue ice is the same that is re-used by consumers over and over again for keeping beverages and food products cool for parties, the beach or any other occasion.
